Compromised Molar
Case Introduction
A female patient in her late 50s presented with chronic periodontitis at the mandibular left first molar and edentulism at the second molar site. The treatment aimed to manage bone loss through immediate implant placement with socket bone grafting and to restore masticatory function in the adjacent edentulous area. This case highlights the clinical performance and peri-implant tissue stability of the PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S over the functional loading period.

Final Result / Conclusion
The grafted site maintained volume and supported successful osseointegration under functional loading. No signs of pain, inflammation, or implant mobility were observed. Radiographic evaluation confirmed stable bone levels, with minimal marginal bone loss (approximately 1 mm) at the #37 implant. Peri-implant tissues remained healthy, with no signs of fibrous encapsulation, necrosis, or pathological changes. The clinical outcome supports the predictability of immediate implant placement with socket grafting using PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S in periodontally compromised molar regions.
