clinical case #3
Full-Arch Rehabilitation
with Sinus Lift
and GBR
Case Introduction
A male patient in his late 60s presented with multiple missing teeth in the upper arch and chronic periodontitis at site #23. The treatment plan included sinus lifting and guided bone regeneration (GBR) for implant placement at five sites and immediate implant placement with socket bone grafting following extraction at #23. This case demonstrates the successful integration and long-term stability of multiple implants placed under complex anatomical conditions using PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S.

Initial Situation
#13, 12, 11, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27
Missing Teeth :
#23
Chronic Periodontitls :
Implant placement at #13, 21, 24, 25, 26 with GBR & sinus lifting
Extraction of #23 followed by immediate implant placement with socket bone grafting
Treatment Plan :
PREXOLID IMPLANT TYPE S (6 implants total)
Implant Used :

Final Result
All grafted and extracted sites maintained excellent bone volume under prosthetic loading. Clinical evaluation showed no signs of infection, inflammation, or mobility in any of the implants. Radiographic assessment at 31 months post-loading revealed 0 mm marginal bone loss at all sites. Bone integration was complete with no pathological signs such as fibrosis, granuloma, or necrosis.

Conclusion
This case illustrates the effectiveness of PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S in complex full-arch cases requiring multiple procedures, including sinus lifting, GBR, and immediate placement with bone grafting. The long-term outcome confirmed stable osseointegration, absence of complications, and predictable restoration of function across multiple implant sites.
