clinical case #4
Multi-site Immediate
Placement and Loading
Case Introduction
A female patient in her early 60s presented with multiple teeth affected by chronic periodontitis, a previously fractured implant, and a missing anterior tooth. The treatment plan involved extractions, socket bone grafting, immediate implant placement, and immediate loading in the anterior and premolar regions. This case illustrates stable osseointegration and functional recovery across multiple challenging sites using PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S.

Initial Situation
#12, 14, 15: Chronic periodontitis
#11: Edentulous
#16: Fractured implant
Tooth conditions :
#12, 14, 15: Extraction, socket bone grafting, immediate implant placement with immediate loading
#16: Extraction and implant placement with socket bone grafting
Treatment Plan :
PREXOLID IMPLANT TYPE S
Implant Used :

Final Result
Implants remained stable and functional with no signs of pain, swelling, or mobility. Radiographic follow-up at 22 months showed successful bone maintenance around all implants, with only 0.5 mm marginal bone loss observed at the distal site of #16. All peri-implant tissues were healthy, and no complications such as fibrosis, necrosis, or inflammatory response were observed.

Conclusion
This case demonstrates the clinical efficacy of PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S in managing complex multi-site cases involving chronic periodontitis, implant failure, and immediate functional loading. The long-term follow-up confirms predictable outcomes with stable bone levels and healthy soft tissue response, even in anatomically and biologically compromised situations.
