clinical case #2
Maxillary Premolar
Implant with GBR
Case Introduction
A male patient in his 60s presented with a missing upper left first premolar (#14). The treatment objective was to restore function and preserve bone volume using implant placement combined with bone grafting. This case demonstrates long-term peri-implant tissue stability and minimal bone loss over a 31-month follow-up period using PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S.

Initial Situation
Edentulous
Tooth #14 :
Implant placement with simultaneous bone grafting at site #14
Treatment Plan :
PREXOLID IMPLANT TYPE S
Implant Used :

Final Result
The socket bone graft successfully supported the implant under long-term functional loading. At 31 months post-loading, the clinical examination showed no pain, swelling, or mobility. Radiographic analysis revealed 0 mm marginal bone loss, with healthy bone levels surrounding the implant and no signs of adverse tissue reactions such as fibrosis, necrosis, or inflammation.
Conclusion
This case highlights the clinical predictability of PREXOLID IMPLANT Type S in conjunction with bone grafting in the maxillary premolar region. Stable osseointegration, maintained bone volume, and the absence of complications over an extended period confirm its effectiveness as a reliable solution for long-term implant rehabilitation.
